About Us
UT San Antonio Lacrosse is a competitive lacrosse team representing the University of Texas at San Antonio. The program is composed of dedicated student-athletes who strive for excellence on and off the field. The club focuses in aiding collegiate men in mental and physical growth as well as social development. The program’s goal is to prepare each member to be a part of a highly competitive lacrosse team within the Lone Star Alliance, a conference of the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA).
4 time San Antonio Taco Trophy Champions
San Antonio used to be home to 3 collegiate teams in the MCLA: Trinity, University of Incarnate Word, and UTSA. During this period, each team would compete for the Taco Trophy in a 3 way competition. Your roadrunners won this trophy 4 years in a row! You can find additional information regarding this trophy here.
Unfortunately, your roadrunner lacrosse team is the only collegiate team still established in San Antonio and is the reigning taco trophy champions to this day!
